Join us September 9 for our 5th annual cornhole tournament, sponsored by Point No POint Park and Friends of Jared’s Dog Park. This is the primary fundraiser for Jared’s, and we really appreciate your support! In addition to cornhole, we’ll have a gigantic raffle with gift baskets and lots of gift cards donated by local restaurants and businesses. There will be a 203Popups Market, and plenty of great food from Little Pub to go, Lordship Lobster and the Melting Truck, with beer specials for registered cornhole players…but even if you don’t play cornhole it will be a great time for a great cause! Pre-register with Scoreholio for competitive divisions with upper and lower tiers. Cash prizes for upper tier winners, gift cards and prizes for lower tier. Check in at 9 AM, bags fly at 10 AM. Market and raffle open 10 AM - 2 PM.

The Friends of Jared's Dog Park & The Friends of Short Beach have teamed up again for Stratford's 3rd Annual 'Bags at the Beach' Charity Cornhole Tournament!
All proceeds from 'Bags at the Beach' will benefit Jared's Dog Park, in Stratford's Roosevelt Forest.

CASH prizes are bigger & better this year!

$50 per team for our 'Backyard' Division (30% payout)

$100 per team for our 'Competitive' Division (50% payout)

Ticket prices are per team of 2 players

Bring your friends and family to enjoy the live band! Get hungry? We will have two amazing food trucks to choose from! Grab some raffle tickets and enter to win cool prizes or place your bids in our same-day silent auction! (Winners will be announced during the event. You do not need to be present to win.)

Join us for the first Spring Cleanup Day at Jared’s Dog Park!

Volunteers are needed to spread woodchips, rake leaves, pickup large sticks,  clean up trash etc. Please bring your own rake and gloves.

Also, please plan to wear a mask and practice social distancing while at the park.

*Please leave your pup at home for this event as there will be large equipment being used in the park and gates may be open at times.
